Kukus selama 5 minit dan lapiskan dengan adunan warna lain pula dan seterusnya sehingga habis. masukkan ayam. biar ia masak selama 20 minit. selepas 20 minit, angkat ayam tadi dan toskan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Method Untuk Nasi&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mula2 masukkan majerin dalam periuk elektrik, biar ia mencair, kemudian masukkan bahan* yg telah di blend. biar naik bau. kemudian masukkan batang bawang dan daun pandan. bila dah layu sikit masukkan sos tiram dan minyak bijan. kacau2 sekejap,kemudian masukkan beras, sedikit garam dan air rebusan ayam. biarkan hingga nasik masak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Method Untuk Ayam&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ayam yg telah di toskan tadi di masukkan kedalam satu magkok besar. masukkan bahan* yg telah di blend dan semua bahan2 lain…kacau2 rata dan biarkan 1/2 jam. selepas ayam diperap, boleh lah digoring atau di bakar dalam oven. kalau nak goring jgn goring terlalu lama…agak2 kaler dia dah bertukar kehitaman boleh diangkat terus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Method Untuk Sup:-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Baki air rebusan tadi Blend semua bahan kecuali eno. Kemudian perap dalam 3 atau 4 jam.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;2. Selepas diperap kacau perlahan dan masukkan eno, kacau sebati perlahan-lahan (warnakan kalau suka) dan biar sebentar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;3. Panaskan kukusan. Masukan ke dalam acuan-acuan kecil dan kukus selama 15 hingga 20minit dengan api kuat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;4. Ayak tepung dan baking powder kemudian campur kesemua bahan2 di dlm mangkuk mixer kecuali minyak, hawflakes dan pewarna.&lt;br /&gt;2. Pukul adunan hingga sebati dan gebu. Masukkan minyak jagung/masak dan digaul dgn senduk atau spatula hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;3. Loyang dialas kertas dan sapu minyak. Ratakan adunan pertama dan susun secukup hawflakes di permukaannya dan kukus selama 5-7 min dalam kukusan yg telah dipanaskan dulu.&lt;br /&gt;4. Buat hingga habis lapisan seterusnya dan susun hawflakes dan kukus.&lt;br /&gt;5. Untuk lapisan yang akhir kukus selama 20 min supaya kek masak keseluruhannya.&lt;br /&gt;6.
